NBA fans our beloved NBA is back and this time around we will get a full 82-game slate. The defending NBA Champion Miami Heat will begin their title defense against the Boston Celtics in today’s NBA Game of the Day.
Both teams have made some additions to their rosters since they last met in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Most notably Ray Allen has switched jerseys. Allen’s defection from Boston to Miami, the growing rivalry between these teams and the fact that the Heat will hoist their championship banner prior to the game all add to the drama of this opening night matchup.
