2010 NBA Finals

The 2010 NBA Finals featured the two most decorated franchises in NBA history—the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers.  After winning Game 1, the Lakers lost Game 2, 103-94, and surrendered home-court advantage to the Celtics.  The Lakers regained home-court advantage with a 91-84 victory in Game 3.  Boston won Games 4 and 5 and the Finals returned to Los Angeles with the Celtics holding a 3-2 series lead.  Facing a must-win situation, the defending NBA Champion Los Angeles Lakers responded with a dominating 89-67 performance to set up a championship-deciding Game 7.  Game 7 was a fiercely contested defensive battle.  In the end, home-court advantage proved to be the difference.  The Lakers won the game 83-79 and earned their second consecutive NBA Championship.
